Billboard.com reports the wait for Game's oft-delayed R.E.D. Album will be well worth it. The rapper feels he's "one of the last artists that really cares about hip hop and not rap." He that the disc will "remind everybody of what hip-hop is supposed to be in its prime." The West Coast rapper guarantees that his project will be the best of 2011, adding that "nobody putting out an album this year that will even be able to compete with the skill level – the bar is gonna be set after this album drops." There is no confirmed launch date, we'll keep you posted.
Game has already released two mixtapes, Purp & Patron and The Hangover.
