Lupe earns another platinum single

According to his official website, Lupe Fiasco announced that his lead single, "The Show Goes On," has reached platinum status. This is Lupe's second single to surpass a million in sales – the first was 2007's "Superstar." The news comes just a month after his latest album, Lasers, took the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

To date, Lasers has sold over 320-thousand units and sits at number 27 spot on the Billboard 200 chart this week.
