Four years after the death of their father, Michael Jackson's children are becoming bold-faced names in their own right. The King of Pop's eldest son, 16-year-old Prince Michael Jackson, has landed a gig as a special correspondent for Entertainment Tonight, the news magazine show confirms. Prince Michael assumes his duties this week, interviewing the cast of Sam Raimi's film Oz the Great and Powerful.
Jackson's ET host-mentor Brooke Anderson tells the Los Angeles Times she helped the young man land the gig because she feels they share a "mutual connection."
"He really did not need that much coaching," Anderson says. "This may sound strange because he’s 16, but he was very smooth and confident."
Jackson follows his younger sister Paris Jackson into the spotlight. Paris has already appeared on Oprah's Next Chapter and in Glamour magazine, where she discusses an upcoming film role in Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys. The blue-eyed beauty's acting aspirations revealed the first cracks in her relationship with aunt Janet Jackson, who reportedly disapproved of her goals.
