Kerry Washington is not only bold onscreen as Scandal's Olivia Pope, but the actress is looking boom-pow on the pages of InStyle's May issue. Washington is sporting colorful prints from designer labels like Dolce & Gabbana, Erdem, Peter Som and Fendi and we're loving the picks. Not that we'd expect any different from the starlet who always looks on point on the red carpet. And if she ever committed a fashion misstep, she wouldn't think much of it as Washington says she just goes with what makes her feel good, regardless of what critics might say.
"I need to challenge myself," Washington says. "Whether it's fashion or life, I like to go for it. As long as I feel good about what I'm wearing, it doesn't matter if so-and-so calls it ugly."
