Mario has had charges brought against him by his mum dropped. Mario's mom Shawntia Hardaway just dropped all charges against her son after she reported a little over a month ago that Mario attacked her. Ms. Hardaway, an admitted Heroin addict battling the addiction for years, filed charges against her own son singer Mario back in September. He was then arrested and charged with second degree assault. But now, she has dropped all charges according to her lawyer, because she realized she didn't really have a case. She also changed her story and said Mario never touched her, she was just intoxicated that night when she filed her report.

Mario's mum drops charges
Mario has had charges brought against him by his mum dropped.
