Jodie Odiete was 23 when she wowed the whole world with her performance on the first edition of Idols West Africa. This sultry voiced songstress who shocked her fans with her early bow out of the race to become the ultimate idol hails from Ughelli in Delta state, Nigeria. Her perfect rendition of songs like Kelly Clarkson's "these words", Natural woman and much more, Jodie has kept her fans in the dark of what her path is gonna be musically. Maybe her thriving art/ jewelry business "Spice & Charm" is taking the toll on her music carreer. Jodie, we still await your Grammy and believe you are one of the few people who can help us attain one. Please come and put Nigeria on the map again!!
