Kris Humphries Denies Giving Woman Sexually Transmitted Disease

The NBA player sued by woman who claims to have been infected by him.

After being slapped with a shocking lawsuit from a woman claiming she’d contracted herpes, Kris Humphries is reportedly telling friends there’s no way anyone could have contracted the incurable venereal disease from him because he’s tested negative.

Radaronline reported that Kayla Goldberg was suing the NBA player after the two had unprotected sex two years ago and she developed symptoms for herpes four to five days later. She was officially diagnosed on September 8, 2010, through an examination and swab test.

But a source close to Humphries says that the accusation is not true. "Kris tested negative for it though and for any other sexually transmitted disease,” the source said, “and he is absolutely steadfast that he has never given anyone herpes. Kris plans on vigorously fighting the lawsuit filed against him by Goldberg and is considering counter-suing her for defamation."

Humphries is currently entangled in an ugly divorce trial with his wife of 72-days, Kim Kardashian.
