The 11-year-old was taken off life support last week following a jet ski accident.
TMZ reports the 11-year-old was buried on Friday in Atlanta in a ceremony attended by his mother, stepfather and numerous friends and family. The funeral occurred six days after Glover was taken off of life support following a July 8 jet ski accident that left him brain dead.
After being struck by a jet ski while lounging in an inner tube on Georgia's Lake Lanier, Glover was airlifted to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where doctors reported he was not registering brain activity. With the help of her estranged husband Usher, Foster rushed to her son's side and kept vigil at his bedside for nearly two weeks before making the gut-wrenching decision to remove him from life support on July 21. Doctors allegedly told Foster there was virtually no chance Glover would recover from his injuries.
An investigation is underway of the life-altering accident, with reported full cooperation from the 38-year-old family friend who was driving the jet ski at the time of impact, and no criminal charges have been brought up thus far.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Tameka Foster, Usher and the rest of their family.
