Toyin Subair and Femi ‘Kwame’ Aderibigbe at Loggerheads.

Reportedly troubled cable network HiTV’s Chief, Toyin Subair and Femi ‘Kwame’ Aderibigbe of Nigezie Music channel are in dispute of what is said to be ‘contractual issues’ and lack of payment from the cable platform for intectual property provided by Nigezie.
Kwame is informed to have sued HiTV over non payment from HiTV following several years (over three years) of content provision from Nigezie.
Toyin Subair confirms the discord in a press briefing expressing his disappointment and announcing the new music channel to replace ‘Nigezie’.Nigezie started as a syndicated music show by Kwame who was also in charge of the ‘Global Sounds’ music show, who doubled as presenter on several Nigerian TV stations while ‘Global Sounds’ showcased videos from all over the world, Nigezie was solely for videos by Nigerian artistes.
Before the new legal troubles, HiTV lost the rights to air the English premiership leagues to DSTV fuelling skepticism of hard times.Following Nigezie’s outing, ‘One Music’ channel is to serve as replacement. The new music channel is said to be produced by London based content/audio visual company, Big Boyz Entertainment headed by artiste/producer/music video director, JJC Mr. Skillz.TV
