The Golden Globe Awards or any other red carpet is usually boring for the guys. Whats with the traditional black suit and white shirts with the bow ties every single year... And no i'm not saying they should come up with a rainbow fashion colour blocking gaffe look but something more subtle yet serious can be done.

It may be known as the slightly, uh, sloppier younger brother of the Oscars, but the looks on the red carpet at this year's Golden Globes were actually pretty damn put-together. (Except, you know, when they weren't.) Of note: Leonardo DiCaprio's all-around sharpness, Mandy Patinkin's beard, a whole lot of envy-inspiring tuxedos, and a welcome absence of any "creative black tie" train wrecks.
