	Snoop Dogg has settled his debt with the IRS. The rap vet has finally caught up with his back taxes and forked over the 476-thousand dollars that he’s owed since 2008. In related news, the Dogg father has launched a new social networking site called Viddy. He said in a statement, “I'm giving fans around the world the chance to explore that, and create and share Snoop Dogg inspired video content.”
