Liverpool have had a £15million bid for Aston Villa winger Stewart Downing rejected by the Midlanders, according to reports. It looks like only £19m will be enough to price Downing away from Villa - but is he worth that? Or should they go for Valencia winger Juan Mata instead? Sounds like a no-brainer to us...
