Rapper The Game’s Trip To Nigeria Cancelled, Replaced By Singer Joe
According to our sources, US rapper Jayceon Terrell Taylor better known as The Game will not be performing at the MTN Project Fame West Africa opening gala holding tonight Sunday, October 2, 2011 after the rapper failed to make it to Nigeria.
As reported earlier The Game was meant to perform on the same stage with fellow US act Brandy Norwood and African pop singer D’banj and Project Fame Alumni Iyanya, Praiz, Myke and Chidinma but sources close to organizers hinted that the rapper won’t be gracing the shores of Nigeria.
However, a quick replacement has been made as US singer Joe just arrived Nigeria and is being driven straight to the concert venue as at the time of this report.
The Game who is a frequent Twitter user didn’t drop the notion about visiting Nigerian at any point recently unlike Brandy who tweeted through her @4everBrandy handle ‘On my way to Nigeria!!!! First time but not the last:)‘.
The Game first traveled to Nigeria in 2008 for the ‘Road To the MAMAs’ show.
