The singer had counter-sued DJ Marc Mysterio for trying to disparage her name.
R&B singer Brandy Norwood settled her lawsuit with DJ Marc Mysterio, reports RadarOnline. The house music artist originally sued Norwood for allegedly backing out of an agreement to perform with him. Norwood claimed she never officially agreed to do so and then countersued for disparaging her name and trying to force her to give in to his demands.
But the two parties have now mutually settled though the terms remain confidential. Mysterio says he's glad to put this behind him so he can focus on his projects and upcoming international tour.
"I am very happy with the settlement and we're cool now," he says.
