Oluremi Tinubu was booed at Fela Show

The Lagos Central Senator-elect, Oluremi Tinubu, was booed at the final presentation of the Fela in Lagos show at Eko Hotel. The incident occurred during the intermission when the visiting Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, John Dramani, was introduced to the audience. After Dramani's speech, the Lagos Commissioner for Tourism, Tokunbo Afikuyomi, began to introduce dignitaries present. The audience did not react to any of the names called until he reached Mrs. Tinubu, whereupon the crowd erupted in a chorus of boos.
