Jennifer Hudson had no problem with her body -- but she's even happier now.
The "Dream Girls" star appeared on "The Ellen Degeneres Show" on Wednesday to discuss, among many things, her dramatic weight loss success story. Not that she's been shy about it -- Hudson is a national spokeswoman for Weight Watchers, having gone from a size 16 to a size 6.
"I just knew, after I had my baby, I just wanted my body back. Whatever body that was," she explained of her decision to lose the weight. "And then I realized [that] when I was pregnant, I was like, 'Man, I was wearing the same clothes I was wearing before I was pregnant.' That was kind of like a wake up call and I wanted to set a good example for my son."
Still, while the weight loss was exciting, Hudson said it doesn't define her.
"I was very comfortable. It wasn't that I couldn't do it, I just didn't see anything wrong with it. I still don't. I liked who I was then, and I like who I am now."
Still, following the initial weight loss, Hudson said she lost 20 more pounds, an impressive achievement.
Last week, Hudson appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" to discuss the tragic murder of her family members.
