Artistes signed to Questionmark Entertainment would be throwing down in celebration of the legacy of late activist and musician Fela Anipolapo Kuti at the 2010 Felabration on Tuesday, 12th October 2010. It would happen at the new African Shrine, Agidingbi Lagos.
This year’s edition which began on the october 1 with a debate on the Fela- documentary film, ‘Music Is A Weapon’, and launch of the Viva Africa theme song at the MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos marked the tenth anniversary of the New Africa Shrine.
Felabration is an annual event celebrating the music, artistry and legacy of the Afrobeat Legend.
“Questionmark Entertainment would be celebrating Fela’s 72nd birthday with fans at the shrine, This would be a chance for fans to see what Questionmark Entertainment has been about since her reemergence – d’Supremes would be doing it for the second time at the new African shrine, Ego would be performing her follow-up single ‘thinking about you’ at Felabration for the first time and Harrysong in every of his element as a live performer, Harrysong is a must-watch on stage“, label rep enthused. There have been performances by Lagbaja, Sunny Ade and several other music greats.
